Account Registration:

Shipping and Delivery:

Products will be shipped to the address you provide during the checkout process. We aim to process and ship your order within 3 to 5 working days. However, shipping dates are estimates and cannot be guaranteed.

Returns and Refunds:

If your product is damaged and has a valid conditional warranty, you may return the product for a replacement or refund. The product must be returned within 1 year of the invoice date. Once we receive the returned product, we will inspect it and notify you of the status of your refund.

Product Warranty:

Some of our products come with a 1-year conditional replacement warranty. The warranty is valid under the following conditions:

The product has not been subjected to misuse, neglect, or accident. The product has not been modified or repaired by anyone other than Glowell Industries Private Limited authorized personnel. The product has been used in accordance with the user manual and instructions. The products that come with warranties have it mentioned on their packaging.

Warranty exceptions:

The Warranty will be considered void in case of accidental damage/ fault, electrical wiring fault, short-circuit, or breakage. This warranty will also be considered void if this product is used in a closed fitting. The warranty will not be valid without the box.

In addition to the above, there are other exceptions as well that apply to our product warranties. Damages caused by natural disasters or acts of God. Damages caused by unauthorized modifications or repairs. Products with a serial number that has been altered, defaced, or removed. Normal wear and tear. Products that come in contact with moisture or fire.

Glowell Industries Private Limited reserves the right to change the warranty policy at any time.

Intellectual Property:

All content, graphics, user and visual interfaces, photographs, trademarks, logos, sounds, music, artwork, and computer code, including but not limited to the design, structure, selection, coordination, and arrangement of such content on our Services is owned by Glowell Industries Private Limited or its licensors. Unauthorized use of this material may violate copyright, trademark, and other laws.

Limitation of Liability:

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Glowell Industries Private Limited shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use goodwill, or other intangible losses.

Governing Law:

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Pakistan, without regard to its conflict of law principles.
